Advisory Support for Farmed Animal Advocacy Organizations

Thanks to a generous donor we are able to offer advisory support to non-profit organizations who are working to improve the lives of farmed animals.

Through our partnership with organizations we seek to help them accelerate and amplify their impact by supporting highly effective, collaborative, respectful, inclusive, rewarding and professional working environments.

Through this program, organizations who meet the below criteria can access advisory services - across our three pillars of People & Culture, Total Rewards & Finance & Operations - at no cost.

Every engagement is different, and our approach is to meet organizations where they are at with bespoke & dedicated solutions that answer their needs and help to propel them forward.

What does advisory support from PEPR mean?

Advisory support gives organizations who meet the below criteria access to strategic thought partners at PEPR. Every client engagement will be unique, but the type of support you can anticipate as part of this project may include;

  • Acting as a thought partner to Executive Directors & Leadership Teams

  • Partnering Operational leads to implement best practices & innovative strategies across People & Culture, Pay & Total Rewards, Finance & Operations

  • Supporting Leadership Teams with working sessions to progress organizational topics & ambitions

  • Supporting organizations to develop strategic direction and operational plans for delivery 

  • Supporting leaders to think about the evolution of their Organization and determine future needs 

  • Partner organizations to develop their culture, increase employee engagement and create an overall rewarding and professional employee experience

  • Partner organizations to implement Finance best practices, processes & governance frameworks

  • Support organizations to ensure a respectful & inclusive work environment

  • Available for ad-hoc queries on topics across People & Culture, Pay & Total Rewards & Finance & Operations

 

Does my organization qualify for support from PEPR under this offering?

  • If your organization is a not-for-profit organization advocating to improve the lives of farmed animals, removing animals from exploitation, or advocating for diet change, we invite you to get in touch with us to see if and how we can best support you. 

  • While we will aim to support as many organizations as we can, there may be some situations where we do not have the capacity to take on new clients.

  • We may also decide we cannot offer support if we do not feel we can drive significant impact for your organization, and we reserve the right to refuse any request for support. 

  • While our focus is on Farmed Animal & Vegan Advocacy, we will consider requests from other Animal Advocacy groups, and Animal Sanctuary's. At this time we are not able to support organizations solely focused on companion animals. 

What does a typical engagement with PEPR under this initiative look like? 

  • Every organization is unique, and each engagement is therefore unique to reflect the needs and deliverables we outline for the engagement. 

  • We anticipate that each engagement with organizations under this initiative could be short term projects to longer term engagements to help sustain change in the organization. 

  • Typically we will structure our engagements with regular check in meetings to progress our work together - but we can also be available for support on an as needed basis.

  • There is no minimum requirement to receive support from us under this initiative, and engagements can vary over time. 

  • Please note that due to capacity and existing commitments to other organizations, there maybe occasions where we operate a waitlist until we are available to provide support.

Are there other services PEPR can support with? 

  • Absolutely, we can support on other topics - although it may not be covered by the advisory support we have been engaged to provide. We also provide direct services which may be an option if you need more hands on support from our team. ​

  • Once we understand your needs we can determine what might be possible and will work with you to develop a solution or find you the support you need.
