We exist to strengthen movements by partnering organizations to be healthier & more effective - equipping them to accelerate & amplify their impact.
We also look to the future, anticipating the needs of the movements we support - and seek to find practical solutions to answer them.

What is a Public Benefit Corporation?
A Public Benefit Corporation is a type of social impact enterprise which exists to generate social and public good - with the desire to help make the world a better place. Public Benefit Corporations are required to make decisions which balance the interests of all stakeholders and are aligned with the organizations purpose and mission while generating a social and public good. A Public Benefit Corporation is a for-profit organization, blended with a purpose it is obligated to fulfil, and is required to be transparent and report on the social impact it enables.
Our stakeholders include the organizations and individuals within the social movements and communities we support, and our purpose is to support them through enabling stronger and healthier organizations with increased impact potential towards their unique mission. Through our approach, we believe we can create positive outcomes for those working within social movements, and in turn, for the stakeholders those social movements seek to reach.
PEPR was created as a US Public Benefit Corporation to ensure our purpose always remains our guiding principle - and to ensure we contribute towards positive change for people, planet and animals.
